MULTI-FILL offers volumetric fillers and distribution systems for multi-lanes horizontal conveyors, vertical form/fill/seal machines for products such as: cooked pastas (short & long goods), cooked or IQF rice, various fruits and vegetables, refrigerated salads, and others, into many types of containers at speeds up to 120 containers per minute. The product distribution system makes filling into multi-pouch systems efficient at up to 13-14 cycles per minutes. From one discharge point, the doses are distributed into 2, 4, 6 or 8 pouches for example. The same principle can be applied to the in-feed supply of a series of vertical pouch machines.
