About Us
Here at Cornell, we have been manufacturing pumps in the Portland, Oregon area since 1946. Cornell Pump manufactures pumps for a wide variety of agricultural, municipal, mining, and industrial applications. We are known for our robust design, long life, and low cost-of-ownership. Cornell introduced the first Hydro-Transport food process pump to the industry almost 40 years ago, and has maintained its reputation ever since with pumps that can transport a wide range of food items - from potatoes to tomatoes - with minimal damage. In addition to the P and PP series pumps, many other Cornell pumps are used in the food industry for applications such as wastewater, hot oil, and clear liquids. Food Process pumps use bearing frames with the instantly recognizable design incorporating mounting surfaces rather than mounting feet, letting you know it's a quality Cornell Pump frame supporting a robust Cornell pump at just a glance.
